**Role**
- Scan and index different documents (proof of delivery, etc.) in RVI
- Process payment to carriers for certain movements
- Pay weekly manifests for drivers in AS400
- Verify that the PO number has been entered into AS400 by the team leader for reimbursement to drivers
- Contact with the Operations department and Team Manager for special payments.
- All other tasks related to payments carriers/drivers and owner operator
- Data entry in Payroll System Ceridian (Create new employee, pay vacations, sick time, Terminations and issue ROE)
- Support for team members during vacations and Holidays.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in accounting or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the transportation industry, an asset
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the AS400, an asset
- Ability to work in a team
