Exeter, Canada Country Corners Full time

The Country Corners Team is growing, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced person to fill the role of **PARTS ADVISOR** in a **Full-Time** position.

Previous powersports experience is required, as well as good customer service, phone and computer skills. A passion for the industry and a desire to provide excellent service to keep customers riding is also a necessity. Knowledge and experience with KTM, GasGas, Arctic Cat, Argo and other common industry brands is preferred. Training on job specifics will be provided.

**Parts Advisor Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Lookup parts and accessories to help keep customers riding with the correct parts and accessories needed
- Order parts and accessories daily with all our suppliers
- Receive daily incoming shipments from suppliers, allocating parts to the correct customer, and notifying customers when parts are available
- Keep customers up to date on status of orders and notify customers when parts have been received and available for pickup
- Back-up to processing and fulfilling online orders and updating customers of shipping info for all orders

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
