**About Us**

McKenzie Psychology is a longstanding psychology practice with two locations in Ontario: London and Windsor. We provide assessment and treatment for individuals of all ages and address a diversity of issues and concerns. Our evidence-based treatments are integrative and tailored to our patients’ needs and goals. Our comprehensive psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments are similarly customized. In addition to our clinical services, we provide professional consultation.

Our practice is dynamic, collegial, and growth-oriented. Our team is composed of both early-career and seasoned professionals, and we meet regularly for case consultation and to focus on our professional growth and development. While we place a high value on professional freedom and autonomy, we also offer considerable stability and support for our associates. Our practice has an outstanding reputation and a well-established referral base. We take full responsibility for providing referrals for our associates and offer excellent hourly billing compensation. We also provide supervision/mentorship, full administrative support, all office supplies and amenities, and parking at no cost. Finally, we are a warm and friendly group We enjoy celebrating professional milestones and hold various staff social events throughout the year.

We are seeking associates to join our practice and provide psychological services based on interest and competency.

**Position**:

- Associates are responsible for providing assessment and/or treatment for children, adolescents, or adults (any or all of these populations).
- If so desired, associates may provide additional services offered within our practice, including professional supervision and consultation.
- Part-time and full-time positions are available.
- There is flexibility with regard to hours worked (e.g., daytime, evening, weekend).

**Requirements**:

- Completion or near completion of a doctoral degree in clinical/counselling psychology or a master’s degree in clinical/counselling psychology
- Registered or intending to become registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (we provide supervision at no cost)
- Experience with a breadth of treatment approaches

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: $111.00-$145.00 per hour
