Alors que nous continuons à croître, nous recherchons un Analyste des stocks/RMA détaillé et analytique pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à notre succès.

Responsabilités:
Gestion des stocks:

- Maintenir des enregistrements précis des stocks pour tous les composants matériels POS et accessoires dans plusieurs emplacements.
- Effectuer des audits réguliers et concilier les divergences de stocks.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stocks, prévoir les besoins futurs, et coordonner avec les équipes d'approvisionnement pour garantir des niveaux de stocks adéquats.

Traitement des RMA:

- Recevoir, inspecter et traiter les RMA entrants pour les équipements POS défectueux ou défaillants.
- Coordonner avec la finance pour s'assurer que les notes de crédit sont traitées pour les retours et les équipements défectueux.
- Fournir aux clients des instructions d'expédition.
- Informer les équipes internes des retards, des pénuries et des excédents ;
- Générer des RMA et fournir aux clients des instructions d'expédition.
- Documenter les processus de RMA, suivre le statut des RMA et fournir des mises à jour régulières aux parties prenantes.

Amélioration des processus:

- Identifier les domaines à améliorer dans la gestion des stocks et le traitement des RMA.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour rationaliser les opérations, réduire les coûts et améliorer l'efficacité globale.

Autres tâches selon les besoins.

Qualifications:

- Minimum deux ans d'expérience dans un rôle administratif ou similaire.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide ; comprend l'urgence et les délais.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités concurrentes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multifonctionnelles et des fournisseurs.
- Souci du détail avec une focalisation sur la précision et les capacités de résolution de problèmes.
- Connaissance des systèmes POS et des composants matériels est un plus.
- Connaissance de Zoho est un atout.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for all POS hardware components and accessories across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast future needs, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels.

- RMA Processing:

- Receive, inspect, and process incoming RMAs for defective or malfunctioning POS equipment.
- Coordinate with finance to make sure credit notes are processed for returns and defective equipment
- Providing customers with shipping instructions
- Advise internal teams regarding delays, shortages and overages;
- Generating RMA’s and providing clients with shipping instructions
- Document RMA processes, track RMA status, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the inventory management and RMA handling processes.
- Develop and implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Other tasks as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; understands urgency and deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and hardware components is a plus.
- Knowledge of Zoho is an asset
