The
- **Corporate Sales Representative** role is based out of our Brampton location and will have a primary objective to grow the business (Refurbished IT Hardware Sales) that we do with Corporations, Small Businesses, Schools and other local / regional End User Groups and to drive sales for the company by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding business with existing clients. This person is the relationship lead tasked with identifying, engaging and securing business with such organizations as well as managing the day-to-day transactions while developing the health and profitability of the accounts and adding appropriate and relevant services.**This is an on-site role.**

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee all aspects of running the Corporate End User business, with direction from VP Sales & Marketing through the Manager of Retail Sales and assistance from the Wholesale, Business Development and Operations Teams. This includes:
- QBR check-ins with Customers.
- Oversee the Inventory levels required to drive the business with flawless execution.
- Ensure all product issues are resolved to Customer Satisfaction within the defined SLAs. Help the business balance our profitability through the different channels of business by working as a unified cross functional team.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Prospect and generate leads for corporate sales through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals.

Strategize using research of competitors, market conditions, customer needs and organizational core competencies to claim company success.- Establish business partnerships in a way that is honest, competitive, and true to the company mission through cold calls, research, and networking with internal and external contacts.
- Identify new opportunities based on market analysis and product availability.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Obtain annual commitments from the businesses we already work with.
- Support businesses of record with their IT Hardware needs on an ad hoc basis.
- Reach out to every customer on an ongoing basis with a goal to grow their business.
- Constantly monitor the geography / trade area out to new businesses as they emerge.
- Map the market.
- Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Advanced Degree in Business or Marketing
- 3-5 years’ experience including prior experience in manufacturing and/or recycling environment.
- Knowledge of IT Hardware & Related Software
- Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Effective organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization. Strong background and understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience working within a CRM and driving a CRM-based sales strategy.
