**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, routes, and schedules.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and policies.
- Schedule and update bookings while ensuring data accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an asset.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
