Marketing Coordinator

As a **Marketing Coordinator** you will be responsible for:
Project work
- Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars. Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
- Report on the marketing campaign or a project to the line manager.
- Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
Team facilitation:
- Facilitate the work of contractors and team members and other promotional vendors (including but not limited to a designer, copywriter, videographer).
- Track team feedback, staff surveys, and business requirements as directed by the line manager to advise and inform of solutions to resolve long-term gaps in customer engagement.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or a similar role (2 years)
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools - a strong asset
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting - a strong asset
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $43,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
