Concessions Supervisor

**True North Sports + Entertainment** is looking for a Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Canada Life Centre.**

The **Concessions Supervisor **will be working with a team to ensure the efficient operation of the Quick Service areas during events at Canada Life Centre.

**What to be excited for in this role**:

- Ensure employees and supervisors comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Support training and ongoing support for all employees in Quick Service areas.
- Uphold open communication with the Quick Service team and the kitchen team.
- Ensure that each stand is equipped with food product/containers for efficient function of stands.
- Build relationships with patrons and Quick Service employees to exceed service expectations.
- Ensure leaders are informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.
- Oversee proper inventory control, cleanliness, equipment operation, and safety.
- Liase with scheduling team to ensure proper staffing of stands for all Canada Life Centre events.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we need from you**:

- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a related field, and quick service experience as an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment. Current Smart Choices Certification or willingness to obtain.**Why you should join us**:
