**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- On a typical day, you will:
- Identify, recommend and coordinate the optimization and improvement of business processes within the operations management activities;
- Carry out various analyses in order to provide useful information for decision-making and propose recommendations based on these results;
- Ensure improvement project activities and deliverables are properly deployed;
- Represent the team and participate in meetings to discuss development and deployment projects in Lean Agile.

- University degree in a field related or any other combination of education and relevant experience;
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience; project management (an asset);
- Good organizational, planning and priority management skills;

- Knowledge of a project planning, banking and payroll tools;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point and Excel.
