**SISIP FINANCIAL**

SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.
**The Role**
As the Office Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) members and their families. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
**QUALIFICATIONS** Education, Certifications and Licenses**
High School

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Welcoming CAF members and their families
Offering coffee to the CAF member waiting for their appointment
Managing walk ins, including for mail delivery, contractors, cleaning, water test, water replacement
Informing advisors that their clients have arrived
Assist CAF member to sign forms
Answering phone if needed
Do photocopy
Help with filing
Work on special projects to assist Financial Planners, the Financial Counselor, and the Insurance Representative
Perform clerical duties, as required
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
