**Appraiser**

We are a paintless dent repair company looking for a full-time appraiser based out of our Calgary office. You are a team player and will support our excellent service delivery by working longer hours during peak months (July-November). Some of the responsibilities of this position are as follows:

- Assessing vehicle damage (including identifying prior damage) and creating an estimate that meets or exceeds the specified accuracy target
- Educating our customers on the paintless dent repair (PDR) process
- Booking in customers after an appraisal has been completed - strive to maintain & improve the companies closing ratio
- Communicating effectively with our technicians, staff, customers & insurance partners
- Strict adherence to our internal procedures
- Create estimates and process supplements for us and our body shop partners

**Job Requirements**:

- MUST HAVE prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility, appraisal company or insurance company
- Prior sales experience
- Fluent with Audatex/Mitchell & Microsoft Office Software
- iPhone/iPad experience required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Being able to travel/work outside of Calgary is preferred
- Team player, strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Professional business image
- MUST HAVE a valid drivers license

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
