H&R Block is currently seeking Client Service Professionals - Front Desk to join our Team at the following locations where we have several full-time, part-time, seasonal contract positions available. Please note that this is an In Office position.

The Client Service Professional (CSP) will deliver an outstanding Client experience by creating a warm and welcoming first, and last impression that exceeds the unique needs and preferences of each client. This is achieved by greeting/acknowledging each client, identifying their needs, and providing prompt and accurate information, while maintaining a pleasant and professional atmosphere.

**The Client Service Leader duties include**:

- Greets and welcomes each Client in a personalized, friendly and inviting manner.
- Determines the client’s service needs and assigns the client to an appropriate Tax Professional.
- Answers the telephone in a professional manner, providing callers with basic information about services and fees when requested.
- Receives and secures cash, cheques, debit/credit card receipts, and balances the cash.
- Records all transactions in the Point-of-Sale computer.
- Schedules client appointments with a solution that meets their needs.
- Handles Client exits by assuring all current and future needs have been met.
- Maintains proper office appearance and cleanliness.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year experience in direct Client or Customer Service environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and proven experience to ensure an outstanding Client experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is an asset.
- Ability to operate a computer and applicable software packages.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
