Our team is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the Administration department. In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day maintenance coming from unit owners, residents, management, and our in-house Superintendents. You will also support the Administration team.

This role is ideal for a professional who can deliver excellent customer service, work cooperatively with the management team, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. If your skillset combines handling work orders with professional customer service, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Review incoming maintenance requests from all channels and follow-up with residents/owners, as appropriate.
- Prioritize, schedule/action, keep track-of and follow-up with all maintenance requests to completion.
- Update maintenance requests and status on BuildingLink, our online portal for all maintenance requests.
- Track open/close rates of maintenance requests to ensure timely resolutions, and workorders are being resolved within acceptable timelines based on priority level
- In conjunction with the team, maintain the maintenance calendar and manage it appropriately to avoid resource conflicts (e.g., double-booking elevators).
- Request quotes from approved vendors to facilitate work orders (as required).
- Contact and schedule approved vendors to address work orders (as required) and follow appropriate channels and processes cost approvals.
- Work cooperatively with the Facilities Management, Superintendents, and the Administration team.
- Communicate with residents and owners in a timely manner

**How You’ll Work**
- We are an on-site first workplace because we believe the best way for our team to provide service to residents is by spending time in the building.
- This role requires full-time on-site presence in the management office (near the downtown Toronto core).
- You will work closely with the management team on tasks/projects particularly focused on matters affecting residents and the building.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
