The Quality Manager is responsible to establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards. They will ensure that Buckland can obtain and maintain ISO certifications by successfully completing the initial certification audit as well as all re-certification audits required to maintain accreditation. The Quality Manager will participate in the creation of all ISO work instructions company-wide and ensure they are update to date and easily accessible by all personnel.
You will be responsible for
- Champion the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with latest ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive work instructions that align with operational processes leveraging using AI driven solutions.
- Implement systems for effective storage, retrieval, and access of work instructions.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation control.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments of various departments to ensure process compliance.
- Prepare for and manage external audit processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ISO standards and work instruction usage.
- Manage non-conformances and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, Process Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Proven experience in implementing ISO and/or QMS including ISO 9001.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Ability to use AI to streamline QMS administration & document standardization.
- Experience conducting & coordinating internal and external audits for all ISO programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge and capabilities.
