Health Sciences North (HSN) is seeking an innovative leader for the position of Manager, People Systems and Analytics to be accountable for the day-to-day service operations and performance of MyHSN, a Human Capital Management solution comprised of a core Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, Talent Management, Disability and Grievance Management, Scheduling, Payroll and Learning Management/Information systems. Responsible for providing functional and technical expertise for MyHSN’s operations and future enhancements including business process configuration, release management, report/dashboard development, integration design and configuration, and data management.

**KEY FUNCTION**:
Accountable for the day-to-day service operations and performance of MyHSN, a Human Capital Management solution comprised of a core Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, Talent Mangaement, Disability and Grievance Management, Scheduling, Payroll and Learning Management/Information systems. Responsible for providing functional and technical expertise for MyHSN’s operations and future enhancements including business process configuration, release management, report/dashboard development, integration design and configuration, and data management.

**REPORTING**:
Under the general direction of the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

**DUTIES**:

- Identify and achieve MyHSN Business Case benefits and establish/communicate MyHSN priorities that align with Business Case, operational requirements and HSN’s Strategic goals and outcomes.
- Provide business priorities/directions/decisions to the MyHSN team.
- Work and collaborate with all business stakeholders (i.e. HR, Payroll, Finance, Occupational Health and Safety, Leadership and Learning, Clinical) and Information Technology (IT) to ensure desired business outcomes are achieved through MyHSN Solution.
- Ensure stability of the MyHSN solution through technical understanding of the complexities and interconnectivity of various modules.
- Allocate resources effectively and efficiently (i.e. personnel, operational and future capital budget and technology) to support the complete MyHSN solution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize MyHSN systems and make informed decisions that support the goals and objectives of MyHSN.
- Manage MyHSN solution roadmap, managing all business and technical priorities.
- Establish acceptance criteria associated with identified risks in the MyHSN system and provide a wide range of reports to assist in determining solutions to multiple businesses or technical issues.
- Responsible for all internal communication to employees, managers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the design and maintainance of reports and dashboards to identify macro and micro trends, data modeling and historical data.
- Assist in all related departments/functions to leverage data analytics to inform the design of programs and measure their success against stated goals and objectives.
- Accountable for the Target Operating Model for MyHSN.
- Oversee system governance ensuring end user data integrity, system stability and appropriate security levels for system users.
- Oversee issue, problem and risk management of the solution and ensure adequate root cause analysis is completed.
- Identify potential vendors that can provide services or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that align with the organization's needs and goals.
