**Title**:Bilingual Agile Business Analyst

**Location**: 100% remote in Qc.

**Type**:Long Term Contract (12+ months)

**Key points/Highlights**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis as part of an IT project;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis as part of an IT project in agile mode projects
- Have worked in at least two large-scale projects in agile mode
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology;
- Master Babok business analysis methods (Primordial and Fundamental)
- Have a basic knowledge of TOGAF (Primordial and Fundamental)
- Master business process modeling methods (BPMN, etc.)
- Have a basic knowledge of the Archimate language and the Enterprise Architect tool
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software or system development processes and main development methods.
- French and English

**Job description**:

- The agile business analyst analyzes the work context, business needs, business processes, gaps and proposes work processes and procedures aimed at efficiency and achieving the desired results.
- Translate and prioritize customer needs into clear and simple objectives for delivery teams;
- Ensure collaboration between delivery team members and customers with the aim of delivering the best solutions and maximum added value according to constraints;
- Document user stories;
- Analyze and recommend efficient working methods; and effective
- Align solutions and products according to the business context and the strategic needs of the organization and stakeholders;
- Produce documentation on the financial analysis, added value and impacts of projects on the organization;
- Produce executive presentations for the different projects and products for which he is responsible;
- Share best practices in business analysis with all stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and project deliveries._We are an equal opportunity employer._

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Business analysis: 5 years (required)
- BPMN: 5 years (required)
- TOGAF: 5 years (preferred)
- software or system development processes: 6 years (preferred)
