Montréal, Canada Partners in Performance Full time

Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm with a focus on human performance and working alongside client partners to make change happen. We’ve got offices in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, North and South America, the Middle East and the UK and Europe but prefer to spend as little time in them as possible. Instead, we work alongside our clients to unleash their potential and deliver lasting impact that you hardly ever achieve by sitting in a boardroom.

**What new Associates can expect when they join Partners in Performance**
- The Associate role is a frontline change agent for Partners in Performance clients. You are the primary source of reliable data and high-quality analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real-time.
- Other responsibilities include:

- You coach client analysts and line managers, sharing your skills and building relationships across the client site, using your network to ensure improvement plans are firmly based on the real-world clients operate in.
- Your key responsibility is to provide rigor and accuracy to the improvement effort. As the chief source of insight based on the data you work with, you facilitate the prioritization of improvement opportunities and use root cause analysis to help resolve day-to-day issues with implementation.
- You directly support client Idea owners, providing technical and analytical support to ensure improvement ideas are successful.
- You recognize when ideas are under or over-performing relative to expectations and you’re the primary source for validating the benefit stream generated by these ideas.
- You draw on and develop your leadership skills to help build the client organization’s “wiring”, to ensure a culture of continuous improvement sustains the improvement effort; by doing this, you ensure that the PIP methodology becomes part of the way your client does business, long after the PIP engagement is finished.

**Associate key competencies**
- To be a successful consultant at Partners in Performance, you need to be an outstanding academic performer and dynamic, passionate, and prepared to roll up your sleeves and work inside our clients’ businesses. You need to care about people and developing them, as coaching is a big part of our success.
- What you will need become a member of the Partners in Performance consulting team:

- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with excellent results (distinction average)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers
- Demonstrated passion for results
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure and to use visual tools without assistance to assist in communicating insights
- Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

**What you will learn at Partners in Performance**
- At Partners in Performance, you will learn both the traditional management consulting toolkit plus the Partners in Performance business transformation methodologies; you will be coached to be able to coach and develop clients and colleagues; and you will participate in a wide range of formal and informal training opportunities. You will acquire many skills to position yourself for a future leadership position.
- Other requirements
- Partners in Performance embraces diversity and inclusiveness. It’s a part of our culture and has been a steady focus since we started our firm over 20 years ago. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment and are passionate about making a real impact, we look forward to hearing from you as we continue our exciting growth trajectory. Interested?

We treasure diversity of all kinds and have done since we opened for business more than 27 years ago.
