Supports sales organization in consignment management and FCA handling, with the goal of maximizing consignment billing through timely reconciliation of consignment count; optimize efficiency of consignment levels by actively reviewing and right sizing to decrease write offs.
**A day in the life**
- _Provides administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; _

- _Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth _objectives. _
- _Develops territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit _plan. _
- _Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving _problems. _

- _Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or _region. _

- _Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions _(ADR) _
- Owns the reconciliation process once cycle count is sent in from CS.
- Works collaboratively with internal functions to reconcile consignment counts to maximize billing potential from customers
- Optimizes efficiency of consignment levels by actively reviewing par levels and right size as needed to decrease write off.
- Works with CS for FCA handling. Coordinates returns and fulfillment to regulatory requirements. Involves partnership with internal functions.
- mPXR coordination, involves fulfilling the needed RA requirements. Requires strong partnership with CS team and customer as needed.

**Soutenir l'organisation de vente dans la gestion de la consignation et le traitement des FCA dans le but de maximiser la facturation de la consignation par une conciliation en temps opportun du nombre de consignations; optimiser l'efficacité des niveaux de consignation par un examen actif et une détermination adéquate des stocks afin de réduire les pertes.

- _Fournir un soutien administratif à la fonction commerciale, notamment en préparant les prévisions de ventes ou de dépenses, les budgets et les quotas, en coordonnant les réunions de vente, etc. _
- _Effectuer des analyses statistiques sur les données et l'information relative aux ventes afin de garantir une exécution optimale des ventes et l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance. _
- _Élaborer des quotas de vente territoriaux conformément au plan de rentabilité. _
- _Gérer le système de vente et de marketing en ligne, en vérifiant l'exactitude des données et en assurant la liaison avec les technologies de l'information pour l'identification et la résolution de problèmes. _
- _Former les gestionnaires des ventes et du marketing, les gestionnaires sur le terrain et le personnel de soutien à l'accès à l’information relative aux ventes et au marketing. _
- _Préparer et contrôler les budgets de primes incitatives de la commission pour un district ou une région donné. _
- _Effectuer des calculs de vente sur les primes incitatives. _
- _Administrer, le cas échéant, le système de prévision des ventes sur le terrain, qui fournit à la direction le potentiel de vente courant des produits. _
- _Responsable de la notification des plaintes et des effets indésirables des médicaments _
- Responsable du processus de conciliation après l’envoi du décompte des cycles est envoyé par le Service à la clientèle.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les fonctions internes pour concilier les comptes de consignation afin de maximiser le potentiel de facturation des clients.
