- **Your role**:

- Understand the architectures and business requirements to produce test strategies and ensure the planning and overall integration of test activities as part of projects to implement technological solutions in both a Waterfall and Agile model
- Produce estimates, discuss prioritization and planning with other team members
- Collaborates with business and external partners for testing activities
- Produces statuses on testing and coverage activities with xRay
- Manages defect triage encounters and follows up on defects
- Determines the regression test suite for each deployment
- Uses requirements and business processes to design test cases to maximize TETS coverage
- Runs test cases via xRay and documents defects found
- Runs regression testing to ensure quality of all deployments
- Propose and influence the definition and evolution of QA practices and processes
- Participate in the implementation of test automation tools in a DevOps context and recommend appropriate tools
- Ensure quality of deliverables and timeliness while managing risk
- Supervise and assist test stakeholders (onsite/offshore), coordinate the activities of team members, act as a coach with resources in the control of quality activities
- Monitor quality activities on a daily basis, including the development and execution of tests, anomaly management and communicate the progress report

This position reports to the Senior Director Card Delivery under IT Delivery/Payment Transactions Cards and Regulatory Projects. As part of an experienced team dedicated to the transformation of Domaine Cartes, you will contribute to projects in a team composed of project managers, business analysts and quality assurance.

**Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and both manual and automatic software testing
- Experience in team management and coaching (asset)
- Eadership with the ability to influence
- Knowledge of DevOps
- Mastery of SDLC and Waterfall and Agile project delivery methods
- Be rigorous, detail-oriented and have teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the following tools, technologies and processes an important asset: Jira, Xray, SauceLab, Java, Selenium, Soap-UI, Jenkins, Maven, Git/Bitbucket, SAP, CRM
- Excellent oral and written communication.
