As Assistant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of THC Whistler. From hiring and training staff to ensuring the best in-store experience, your leadership will help cultivate a team that lives and breathes Legendary customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Recruit team members from the local community, fostering a store culture that reflects our values.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every visitor.
- Uphold merchandising standards to create an engaging and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Analyze business reports and identify opportunities to optimize operations and increase sales.
- Lead ongoing staff training, ensuring knowledge transfer and team cohesion.
- Maintain high compliance with provincial and local regulations.
- Build a positive, inclusive store culture, and create meaningful connections with the local community.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in cannabis or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive store performance.
- Passionate about delivering Legendary customer service.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to think creatively.
- Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
- Must be 19 years or older.
