At SpeechAim we offer a **flexible** and rewarding work experience with a wonderful team of passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDAs). We work together to help clients improve and refine their communication skills. Services are offered **in-home/daycare/school **facilities and **virtually** to ensure our clients receive personalized care in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

As a member of our team, you will administer clinical **assessments** and implement individualized **treatment** plans that help our clients reach their full communication potentials. You'll also benefit from our commitment to ongoing training and **mentorship opportunities**, ensuring that you can continue to grow and develop as a professional.

**Employment type**:Part-time position with a potential of full-time workload.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Providing comprehensive assessment in a community setting using formal and informal assessment tools
- Creating a treatment plan with SMART goals that reflect the client’s communication profile and areas of difficulty
- Providing client and family-centered intervention
- Solid knowledge of evidence-based practices and commitment to professional development
- Engaging in caregiver training and education, and providing home practice materials

**Requirements**:

- Must have Master’s Degree of Speech-Language Pathology
- Must be registered and in good standing with CASLPO
- Have professional liability insurance
- Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- At least one year of pediatric work experience is an asset

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
