**Responsibilities**

We are on the lookout for dynamic Construction Managers at various experience levels to spearhead and oversee construction activities within our groundbreaking potash mine operations. As a pivotal player in our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of construction phases, meeting budget targets, upholding safety standards, and fostering collaborative relationships among project teams. - Manage all construction activities for assigned project(s) and report to the Project Manager.
- Ensure the achievement of objectives in the construction phase, including compliance with budget, expenditures, safety, quality, delivery, and scheduling.
- Execute operations in a safe manner, ensuring full compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Supervise all construction personnel, including subcontractors, within the project(s) and cultivate positive site team relationships.
- Monitor and report on all construction activities, providing timely updates to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**

As the Construction Manager, you will bring:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management.
- Proven experience in construction projects, preferably within mining or related industries.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the mining industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
