**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct ultrasound examinations on patients as per physician requests, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Operate ultrasound equipment proficiently to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, examination results, and any relevant observations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to discuss findings and assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of ultrasound equipment and work areas.
- Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
**Qualifications**
- Completion of an accredited Sonography program or equivalent training.
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., ARDMS or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to sonography and anatomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $29.28 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
