IT Operations is made up of 4 teams: Enterprise Tech Desk, Enterprise Tech Partners, Enterprise Application Administration, and Security and Governance. IT Analyst - Regional is a part of the Enterprise Tech Partners team.

**You, as an IT Analyst, will**:

- Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers/phones and office equipment
- Administering corporate software systems
- Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures
- Providing IT support and resolving problems for the team
- Assisting with onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services
- Managing an issue-tracking system and reporting on issue-resolution SLAs
- Manage incidents and own them through resolution

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Working knowledge of IT security concepts in an enterprise environment
- Relevant degree or certifications in IT administration, with basic networking knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Part of on-call rotation
- Ability to lift, move, and/or carry equipment and amterials up to 50lb
- Ability to work in confined spaces to do hardware installations and configuration
- Ability to travel and work outdoor
