**Job Summary**
This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software programs. This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. He/She may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

**Job Type**: Part-Time - Permanent

**Work Location**: 12424 Dixie Road Caledon ON

**Workdays**: Saturday through Wednesday (must be available everyday)

**Shift Start**: 7:30am - 12:30pm Saturday

1:00am - 4:00pm Sunday

7:00am - 12:00pm Monday to Wednesday or as operational need. Flexibility required.

**Pay rate**: $17.30/hr.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Accurately enter data into UPS systems within specified deadlines
- Take calls for inbound and outbound of drivers/trailers
- Dispatch drivers for daily routes
- Daily verification of yard inventory
- Review and forward legal documentation as required
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Handle driver/customer issues in person and over the phone

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and written skills
- Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Availability to work flexible shift hours
- Quickly analyze and solve complex reports/issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Compensation and Benefits**:
