About the job

The Cash Logistics Supervisor ensures the efficient management of the day to day operations in the Cash Logistics Department. This includes overseeing the daily activity of employees; monitoring shipping, receiving, storage & processing of currency; ensure customer service standards are met and promoting an environment that promotes engagement.

Current Shift Requirement: Shifts may change based on business needs, the ability to work a reasonably flexible schedule is required.

As a member of the Cash Logistics team, you will:
- Oversee daily operations in a production-oriented environment- Work to effectively resolve operational issues and prevent reoccurrence- Ensure actuate and timely delivery of all production requirements- Assist the department manager with reporting and analysis- Complete monthly billing and processing statistics- Respond to customer inquiries as required and assist in finding solutions that best meet all needs- Support employee scheduling- Work with regional security to develop and implement policies and procedures to control, manage and reduce losses due to non-compliance and/or theft

**Qualifications**:
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working or overseeing employees in a production environment, preference for experience in cash management or banking- Ability to provide specific and creative solutions to resolve complex problems- Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to motivate others- Thrives in a tech enabled environment and is familiar with both Word and Excel- Post-Secondary education is preferred- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and organizational skills
