Responsibilities include: Handling basic office duties, such as phone calls, sorting and filing documents, maintaining office records, data entry, assist with administrative procedures, photocopying, invoicing, and customer interfacing.

Skills required: Critical thinking skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong verbal and written Communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, flexibility, integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M9W 6J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
