Motorsport Ev Sales Associate

Mountain Pass Performance is looking for a bright passionate car nerd (passionate about EVs ideally) to join our team as a key sales consultant - and so much more.
The position will start with the basics - processing orders, organizing the shop, and being a second pair of hands while we're working on projects. As you learn more about our product offerings you'll transition into consulting with customers, advising them on how to build their dream cars, and even helping us develop new parts in the shop.
This is truly a dream job for a car guy - a clean air conditioned shop, lots of variety, flexible work hours, awesome customers, and a team of people who love to go fast and have fun.
In addition we have a massive pay-increase structure setup here - pay increases between $5000-$10,000/yr are offered to our employees every single year.
We do have high expectations though. Having built one of the fastest cars in North America, this is no place for people who want to slack off or let their mind be idle. That being said, we never work late hours and very rarely weekends. We fully respect work/life balance around here

**Required Skills**:
- Strong computer skills - experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, GMail. Proper typer - no finger pecking
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years in automotive or sales
- If no formal automotive experience you must have worked on or built your own car with a portfolio to document your experience.
- Some kind of racing experience, either grassroots or professional
This job offer is for a 3 month trial period. If the applicant makes it through the initial trial period a 3-month contract will be offered, before moving to a full time employee.

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
