Your duties as a Sales Associate/Fashion Stylist:

- Assist the Store Manager with responsibilities in the store: identifying training needs; discussing strengths, opportunities, and trends; providing a strong leadership presence; focusing on productivity to meet sales goals
- Support the manager in all operational issues as required
- Build constructive and effective relationships with team and customers
- Work effectively within a team and be assertive in driving successful management strategies
- Create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting them during their shopping experience
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and needs
- Maintain follow-ups with customers and build relationships
- Ensure company standards are met for store

L’associé(e) aux ventes est en charge de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, de travailler avec de la marchandise et des systems de point de ventes, participer à l’entretien general du magasin, de travailler avec une équipe formidable, et encore plus

Vos tâches en tant qu’associés aux ventes/styliste de mode:

- Assister le gérant du magasin avec des responsabilités en magasin: identifier des besoins de formation; discuter des points forts, opportunités, et tendances; fournir une capacité de leadership; se concentrer sur les objectifs de vente
- Accompagner le gérant sur les problématiques opérationnelles selon les besoins
- Bâtir des relations solides et longues termes avec les clients et l’équipe
- Travailler efficacement dans une équipe et participer dans les stratégies de gestion
- Créer un environnement accueillant pour les clients en les assistant et en les aidant
- Répondre rapidement aux besoins des clients
- Maintenir des _follow-ups _souvent avec les clients et bâtir des relations
- S’assurer que les standards de la compagnie sont respectés en magasins

Types de travail: Temps plein, temps partiel, permanent

Salaire: $11.00-$19.00/h.
