As our innovative business grows rapidly, we are seeking full-time P **roduction Workers **for the **Grinding Department **. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker may be responsible for preparing, assembling, or packing our products at our **Richmond **location. If you can work in a cooler, fast-paced environment and work under pressure with mínimal supervision, we would love to hear from you

**Position**:Full-Time, Permanent

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday **Training **6:00-14:30 **, **Regular Shift 9:00-17:30**

**Salary**:$18/h

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Constantly maintain a clean and safe worksite before, during, and after production activities
- Feed and unload processing machines
- Safely load, unload, and transfer products to and from equipment or conveyors
- Product quality checks: specification, packaging, produce, seal integrity
- Dispose of garbage including boxes and bags
- Report any quality defects during production
- Follow and complete the production schedule
- Commitment to Food Safety by adhering to HACCP and CFIA hygiene rules / sanitary work practices
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable working in refrigeration
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to lift to 55lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
