As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll (experience with Sage 50 preferred)
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy
- Utilize Buildertrend software to support project management and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed
- Keep social media channels updated with relevant content, including project updates, company news, and industry-related articles
- Provide administrative support to project managers and construction teams as required
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing company events

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably in the construction industry
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping tasks
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Buildertrend software is an asset
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Experience with social media management for business purposes is preferred

**Salary**:
Pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
