We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and ensuring efficient operations. **Duties**:

- Receive and analyze customer orders to determine the most efficient shipping method
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to schedule pick-up and delivery times
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers regarding their orders
- Utilize transportation management systems.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatching activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of household moving processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Accurate data entry skills.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
