Position Overview

The Junior Business Analyst will be a support to the Pricing Analyst and other

departments, preparing and analyzing various reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- SME in order entry process to production and invoice generation in

canopy
- Manage process to report and reduce raw material shrink
- Support for product development team to review new item costing
- Manage the production pay for performance metric calculations assist

in setting targets
- Lead in developing customer experience indicator CEI and setting

targets
- Provide support in special projects such as developing SOP’s for new

or existing processes
- Completion of weekly inventory reconciliation and posting adjustments

at period end
- Completion of quarterly profitabilities for various customers
- Managing period end reports from GFS to help support our Sales team
- Support and analysis for the various customer rebate programs
- Reconciling and managing the various freight components
- Responsible for updating monthly average tracking for raw material
- Daily production and invoicing
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Accounting would be an asset
- Computer knowledge, Word and Excel (including Google Doc and Google

Sheets) proficiency
- Excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask

and prioritize tasks at hand
- Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions with customers

and co-workers
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and orally
