**Kiosk Staff Job Description**

**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Kiosk Staff to join our team. As a Kiosk Staff member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling food and beverage orders. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a passion for providing great customer experiences.
- This food kiosk is located in a busy downtown office tower on the +15 level,
- Guaranteed work hours are 11am-2pm Monday to Fridays only. No Stat holiday or weekend work required.
- Great for Post Secondary Students and/or retired individuals looking to maintain social interaction while earning some income
- FREE lunch provided with every shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders at the kiosk.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area, including equipment and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
