**Job Title**

Digital Product Manager - US Cash Management

**What is the opportunity**

Digital Product Manager within Cash Management team will be primarily responsible for digital product management and development efforts working closely with the squad. He/She will partner closely with other product groups like strategy, data, design and GTM to drive forward product areas.

**What will you do**
- E2E ownership of client facing digital products/features
- Responsible for defining product vision/roadmap and requirements backlog
- Lead digital product development collaborating with an engineering scrum team
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders (as needed) on ideation and prototyping
- Act as the voice of the user in product design, gathering direct feedback from customers to enhance online experience
- Partner with data/analytics specialists and designers to conduct user research and testing
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams to effectively drive forward and support your product area

**What do you need to succeed**

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in digital product management/development
- Fast learner with a passion for online and digital products
- A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving digital banking innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset
- An established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Scaled Agile Framework and principles;
- Strong stakeholder management - experience navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders

**Preferred**:

- Experience with Digital banking or Transaction Banking
- Hands-on UI/UX Prototyping
- Digital Payments, B2B payments, APIs
