The Opportunity

KPMG in Canada is currently undergoing a significant Front Office Transformation (FOT) aligned to the firm’s adoption and implementation of a new sales methodology and technology, specifically, Salesforce. The core team leading the transformation is looking for a detail-oriented learning & development professional to fill a contract role as Learning & Training Solutions Manager to support the Change Management efforts of the project.

What you will do:

- Engage in the development, implementation and execution of a variety of facilitator-led and self-directed training and learning programs that supports successful adoption of the new methodology and technology
- Design, create & implement internal training programs and toolkits using a variety of mediums (i.e. FAQs, quick start guides, quick-reference videos, etc.) for a variety of users at varying organizational levels
- Develop and review toolkits for train-the-trainer programs, internal champions, and in-person training sessions
- Lift-and-shift KPMG International and Salesforce learning resources for the Canadian firm, where possible
- Utilize strong attention to detail to capture the nuance of different audiences, ensuring training programs are tailored for various areas of our business
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager on training resources for an internal portal/intranet and other training communications
- Coordinate translation and distribution of training materials
- Work with resources across our offices as necessary to organize logistics for training, and to help set up local facilitators
- Iterate on the learning approach and content based on feedback as necessary through the project

What you bring to this role:

- 5+ years of experience developing highly effective training & learning programs in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience developing complete training program: toolkits, train-the-trainer, training sessions and post-program support
- Strong initiative, planning, prioritization and execution skills
- Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and nuance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment while delivering high-quality work
- Ability to be flexible and creative in approach, with a passion for developing effective training programs that positively impact organizational change.
- Aptitude to build and maintain relationships in a matrix environment
- Flexibility to both contribute and collaborate as a team member and operate independently, with a focus on delivery
- Experience working through a CRM transformation and training program, notably Salesforce is an asset
- Experience in a Professional Services firm or Partnership-based organization is an asset

In British Columbia, the expected annual total compensation range for this position is $72,500 to $116,000. The determination of an applicant’s compensation within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition to total compensation, KPMG also offers a comprehensive, competitive Total Rewards program.
