**Role Description**:
As our bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the full spectrum of our financial transactions. Your responsibilities include:

- Comprehensive bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations with precision and expertise.
- Financial reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and statements, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Collaborative teamwork: Engage with our dedicated accounting team to optimize financial processes and share insights.
- Diligent record-keeping: Maintain thorough and organized financial records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Passionate about numbers: You have a strong affinity for numerical accuracy and detail-oriented work.
- Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop: Your proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for success in this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel: You are highly skilled in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping: Your background demonstrates substantial experience and knowledge in a similar role.
- Organizational skills: You exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Team collaboration: While you can work independently, you also thrive in a team environment.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
