**Role Summary**:
As Manager, Training Success supporting Prosci’s Training Success Specialist team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and effective team environment. You will provide oversight and overall management of Training Success Specialists. You will ensure they create the highest quality client experience in every interaction, effectively partnering with Prosci Instructors during and outside of programs, expand their knowledge of Prosci’s methodology, content, and offerings, and engage in lead identification or other responsibilities as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:
Manager, Training Success responsibilities are primarily focused on people management, including:
**People Management**
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train new Training Success Specialists
- In partnership with Talent Partner, manage content supporting onboarding, training, and growth related to the Training Success Specialists role
- Establish and manage process to monitor program performance of each Training Success Specialists; initiate coaching and/or other corrective actions as appropriate
- Establish a regular one-on-one cadence with each Training Success Specialists to support growth, foster connections, and/or identify barriers
- Plan and lead regular Training Success Specialist team meetings
- Lead the ongoing refinement of the Training Success Specialist role by directly proposing enhancements and fostering a growth mindset within the team
- Work with Director, Program Delivery to foster growth and develop core competencies in Training Success Specialist
- Work with Director, Program Delivery to create annual team goals and metrics in alignment with Prosci Canada’s overarching business plan and objectives
- Co-create individual team member goals and growth plans (as appropriate) with each Training Success Specialist and support achievement of each

**Program Expertise & Support**
- Liaise with Prosci USA Manager of Delivery Support to ensure alignment on processes and other related items
- Work with Canadian Leadership team on regular delivery team meetings, major changes to program processes, etc.
- Maintain expertise in Prosci’s methodology, content, programs, resources, and changes to all of these to support Training Success Specialist’s effectiveness
- Support Prosci programs to maintain expertise and as back-up if scheduling conflicts arise
- Initiate cross-functional support of activities, projects, and relationships related to the Training Success Specialist role

**Manage Logistical Details**
- For in-person programs: monitor flight bookings, approve flights, and approve program-related expenses
- Work with Manager, Logistics and Client Support as required to ensure appropriate team
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of formal education, training and relevant experience.
- 2+ years of management or supervisor experience
- Experience in hiring, and onboarding
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining an engaged atmosphere where team members feel valued, respected, motivated, proud of the work we do and are inspired to give their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service excellence
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

**Additional Information**:
**Travel Requirements**: This role requires 10% travel.

**Work Location**: Remote or Halifax, NS.

**Must be eligible to work in Canada.**
