We’re a Victoria-based residential homebuilding company with more than 30 years of experience and we’re looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to join our small, close-knit team.

The Site Superintendent is responsible for delivering successful residential home projects, while meeting the schedule, budget and quality standards. With a solid understanding of construction practices and solid supervisory capabilities, the Superintendent is responsible for directing day-to-day and long-range activities on-site.

**This role is response for**:

- Managing and directing current and future site activities
- Monitoring Health and Safety requirements and promoting a culture of safety onsite
- Maintaining ongoing and timely communications with the project team
- Collaborating with trade partners and consultants to deliver the best project outcomes
- Developing and managing the detailed construction schedule
- Coordinating site access and deliveries
- Ensure project is built to plans, specifications, shop drawings and applicable building codes
- Maintaining appropriate field documentation, and receiving required inspections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good technical problem-solving skills
- Great eye for detail and quality
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Collaboration and the ability to be a team-player
- Strong ability to read and interpret building drawings and schedules
- 10+ years of supervisory experience in residential construction.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
