Recruitment Specialist

Brampton, Canada Hiring Stars Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating the interview process and facilitating offers and employment negotiations
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the overall team and clients
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter(not a must)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc
- Ability to organize skills assessment center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- The requirements listed below are not all-inclusive and may vary due to the practical job and college experience

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
