Located in Thornhill / Vaughan, Evolution Chamber is the only small-group PERSONAL TRAINING (not bootcamp) studio that focuses on one thing and that one thing better than everybody else... high goal-setting, accelerated muscle mass break-down and recovery to pack on pure, lean muscle as fast as humanly possible Within an industry of "magic pills", short-lasting fitness trends and programs that fail the consumer into reaching their dream body, we decided to build our brand's foundation off of what is actually proven to work - progressional fitness overload, paired with progressional dietary guidance. Here, our science-backed 'Rapid Evolution Formula' takes heavy consideration into understanding the specificity of one's goals and holds emphasis on maximum progressional programming to help members pack on size and tone up as quick and effectively as naturally possible When you join the tribe, our training does not begin and end at the door, just as physical progression does not just begin and end at the door. Looking for a highly-energetic, easily adaptable qualified, permanent Part-time trainer to hire and recruit to the family within our new training studio SPECIALIZING IN MUSCLE GAIN AND TONING WITH RESULTS GUARANTEED. Everything needed to grow within the industry will be given to the trainer.

**Roles**:

- Create a studio culture that ensures tribe member engagement
- Enthusiastically greet and communicate with each client before + after each session and motivate.
- Create, evaluate and recreate training individualized training programs for each member you would be working with on a 4-week basis.
- Train members in 1-on-1 and small group settings with HIGH energy and HIGH enthusiasm.

**Requirements**:

- MUST BE VERY CONFIDENT AND ENTHUSIASTIC when communicating with tribe members.
- A Personal Training Cert. of Any Kind (ACE,NASM,CANFITPRO,ISSA,ETC.)
- At least one year of experience Personal Training.
- Must be passionate and knowledgeable in the fitness industry.
- Must have a COMPLETE understanding of our brand’s vision, playbook, standards and convey that to members

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-21 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
