Relevant du chef d'équipe - Création - Air Canada Cargo, le concepteur-rédacteur - Air Canada Cargo est responsable de la conception-rédaction ainsi que du développement d'idées pour des projets de marketing externes et internes.
La personne titulaire du poste soutient le développement et la gestion de la voix d'Air Canada Cargo, en collaboration avec le chef de service - Communications et Marketing des produits, le chef d'équipe - Création et l'équipe du Marketing afin de mettre en œuvre les activités de marketing, interpréter les breffages, trouver des solutions, apporter sa contribution créative et gérer des projets jusqu'à leur achèvement.
La personne idéale excelle dans un environnement collaboratif, est à l'aise avec les questions techniques, opérationnelles et créatives, ainsi que les communications, et possède un bon esprit d'initiative. La personne maîtrise parfaitement la conception-rédaction ainsi que le développement créatif, la lecture d'épreuves et peut gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, de la conception à la réalisation. Cette personne se passionne pour la créativité et la narration et souhaite développer la nature innovante de la marque Air Canada Cargo au moyen d'un ton de marque convaincant et d'un contenu créatif attrayant dans les environnements de commerce interentreprises.
**Responsabilités**
- Traduire de façon efficace les objectifs commerciaux en résultats créatifs, en fournissant des solutions de rédaction qui renforcent le ton de la marque Air Canada Cargo et complètent les éléments visuels dans le but de réaliser les objectifs fixés dans les breffages.
- Réviser et modifier le contenu afin de garantir le bon emploi des directives relatives au ton de la marque; s'assurer que les communications respectent les directives établies, au siège social comme à l'échelle locale.
- Mettre au point du matériel publicitaire adapté à divers supports, notamment des campagnes de marketing intégrées, des supports imprimés et numériques, des vidéos, des salons et événements professionnels, des pages d'accueil de sites Web, du contenu pour les médias sociaux, ainsi que divers documents de vente ou de communications marketing.
- Apporter son soutien à l'élaboration des directives de la marque mondiale, en fournissant des éléments de contenu stratégiques et en mettant en place des garde-fous pour l'adaptation locale, notamment la définition des éléments fixes et flexibles du réseau.
- Soutenir l'élaboration des processus de l'équipe créative et trouver des outils permettant d'exceller dans la gestion créative et la mise en œuvre des projets.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe responsable des salons professionnels pour afin de contribuer aux événements d'Air Canada Cargo et aux principaux événements de la marque.
- Soutenir la gestion de projet du point de vue de l'équipe créative, afin de prioriser les demandes relatives au marketing en conséquence.
- Alimenter en continu l'entonnoir de nouvelles idées; comprendre la façon de transformer les breffages en activités de marketing convaincantes et faire des recommandations afin de contribuer au développement de la marque.
- Inspirer la créativité à tous les moments d'interaction, en comprenant que nos clients sont au cœur de nos activités.
- Surveiller les tendances mondiales dans leur ensemble, les besoins des consommateurs, les catégories émergentes et les avantages.
**Qualifications**
- Formation universitaire dans les domaines de la communication, du marketing, de la
- rédaction ou toute expérience équivalente.
- Au moins trois années d'expérience créative pertinente.
- Autonomie et esprit d'initiative et d'innovation, de la conception à l'achèvement.
- Expérience dans le domaine des canaux de marketing médias et hors médias, notamment les supports imprimés et numériques, la vidéo, les salons et événements professionnels et les médias sociaux.
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en révision et habileté à guider et à mettre au
- point du contenu créatif.
- Grand souci du détail et de l'exactitude.
- Talent marqué pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication orale.
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à prendre en charge plusieurs priorités simultanément dans un environnement en évolution constante et où le rythme est rapide.
- Ingéniosité, créativité et initiative.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office de Microsoft : Word, PowerPoint et Excel.
