Description

Under the supervision of the Welding Department Manager, the Grinder is responsible for sanding welds, meeting quality requirements and assisting in other departments as required.

Role & Responsibility
- Grind (sand) welds and ensure that products meet customer quality and finish requirements.
- Follow established procedures using a digital work instruction system (VKS).
- Depending on operational needs, you will also be called upon to work in various departments such as crimping, assembly, masking and the paint line.

Prerequisites
- High school diploma, equivalent or work experience
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to different situations
- Positive attitude
- Bilingualism (Attitude)
