**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Director of Entertainment, the Front of House Manager will run all activities and oversee all coordination related to patron services for events at the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto Venue. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of all patron services within the Venue with the primary purpose of ensuring the safety, comfort, and smooth flow of patrons in the space during events and performances.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Create and implement policies and procedures related to Front of House Operations promoting excellent customer service, special accommodations, patron safety, and satisfaction.
- Be a key player in the planning and preparation for programming and security by recommending traffic flow within the venue, handling different kinds of shows and audiences.
- Review post-event analysis for future planning purposes.
- Lead the communications required for smooth event operations with weekly operational meetings and pre-event rundowns between all required departments such as Ticketing, Food & Beverage, Marketing and Production, Hotel, Security and Gaming Operations.
- Assist the Bookings and Entertainment Manager in gathering and recording event specifics and needs prior to the execution of the event.
- Manage the communications, and where needed help execute the different seating configurations and set ups for the venue with maintenance and housekeeping.
- Be an informed liaison for stage crew and patrons communicating and collaborating with Stage Management to ensure on-time performances and support where needed.
- Work with the box office to ensure quick resolution of patron issues or special needs.
- Oversee the execution of, and adherence to, safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience in a leadership position in theatre, audience management, or large-scale events settings.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience where de-escalation, empathy, strong verbal and listening skills were exercised.
- Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple projects at the same time and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, demanding, and timeline sensitive environment.
- Experience in a unionized environment and training in Event Safety, First Aid, CPR and AED knowledge are a plus
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends including holidays, as required to support operational requirements.

**Work Environment Considerations**
- Regular stadium and back-office environment, standing for long periods of time, non-traditional work hours.
