Description du poste:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un préposé à la cueillette des commandes pour notre entrepôt de congélation à Brockville, en Ontario. GTW offre une formation payée liée au matériel de manutention sur le tout nouvel équipement de marque Raymond, une couverture complète de soins de santé et dentaire ainsi que des rabais en magasin.

Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes qui veulent une carrière à long terme où l'avancement professionnel est favorisé. Si vous êtes intéressé, vous pouvez vous attendre à une carrière avec des augmentations selon le nombre d'années de service, de l'avancement professionnel, la participation aux bénéfices et des avantages sociaux payés quand vous aurez atteint deux années de service à l'entrepôt GTW.

Responsabilités
- Assembler les commandes en cueillant la marchandise avec précision et en respectant minutieusement l’information figurant sur l’étiquette de cueillette.
- Empiler des boîtes de dimensions variées sur les palettes, en veillant à ce que la charge soit empilée de manière ordonnée et sécuritaire.
- Soulever des boîtes dont le poids varie de 1 à 50 livres.
- Opérer un chariot transpalette motorisé pouvant transporter 2 palettes à la fois. Identifier les palettes formant la commande au moyen d’étiquettes indiquant le numéro du magasin, le nom du préposé à la cueillette et le nombre total de palettes.
- Veiller à ce que l’aire de travail soit toujours propre et ordonnée. - Exercer les tâches de façon sécuritaire, conformément à la Loi sur la santé et sécurité au travail de l’Ontario et aux normes du Système d’information sur les matières dangereuses utilisées au travail (SIMDUT).
- Effectuer diverses tâches liées aux activités en entrepôt, à la demande du superviseur.

Exigences
- Posséder un diplôme d’études secondaires;
- Avoir de l’expérience en tant que préposé à la cueillette de marchandise ou dans un poste similaire;
- Être capable de demeurer debout et de marcher durant de longues périodes;
- Être en mesure de soulever des charges lourdes durant de longues périodes;
- Faire preuve de minutie;
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement froid;

Quart de travail:
Du dimanche au jeudi de 15 h à 23 h 30
