Coffee Roaster

Paying close attention to detail while roasting coffee is essential. We work with a low emission, automated drum roaster, paired with Cropster roasting software.

A regular day will see you weighing, roasting and packing coffee, as well as following guidelines for machine maintenance and other quality control procedures around the roasting space.

Previous barista/specialty coffee preparation experience is essential to the role, as some service will be required in our roastery showroom, making this position ideal for anyone looking to further their career with coffee.

In depth training will be provided to ensure our quality goals are met, along with helping to create a role that is challenging, enjoyable and fulfilling.

Normal working hours will be Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 - 15:00.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
