**Job Overview**:
CUBE is a rapidly growing prefab and modular design-build company with projects varying from small scale structures to large scale multi-unit buildings across Ontario. We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing skilled tradespeople in various aspects of the construction process within our facility.
- Responsible for project coordination. Support the launch and execution of multiple projects and coordinate new projects under development.
- Assist in developing and managing project schedules with engineering and supply chain teams. Communicate project status to stakeholders, including company executives and clients.
- Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.
- Use company software to maintain and report on the status of budgets, invoicing, site pictures, commitments, safety inspections, etc.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships and ongoing communications with all relevant stakeholders and vendors.
- Coordinates with purchasing manager, quality control manager and engineering to mitigate and resolve production issues.
- Supporting other operations staff, including subcontractors and construction managers.
- Work closely with the Sales team during pre-contract phases.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain, Engineering and Accounting teams.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure quality standard performance.
