Digital Product Owner

**What you'll do**
- Accountable for the Product backlog, define, create and prioritize backlog items (epics/features/user stories) and proactively address issues.
- Clearly communicate the product vision and communicate ‘the story’ effectively to key stakeholders
- Research competitive landscape to identify new solutions or improve existing customer experiences.
- Incorporate Accessibility requirements into user stories, conduct pre-launch and ongoing assessments to ensure web content adheres to mandated standards
- Work creatively with stakeholders to address areas of concern without diminishing the user experience
- Manage approvals required to deliver projects including Compliance, Legal, Operations and Customer Service
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Business Stakeholders and IT Partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee all projects through to deployment and provide team with updates on digital landscape and new opportunities
- Track NPS, monitor CTB digital performance and benchmark against competitors to identify strengths and opportunities

**What you bring**
- University graduate, degree in business or marketing preferred
- 2+ years of financial services/business/marketing experience
- Product Management/Marketing/Design experience in the credit card industry is an asset
- A passion for and understanding of web/mobile technologies is an asset
- Experience working with wireframes and a strong understanding of UX
- Pasion for mobile technologies is an asset.
- Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills, who builds relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
- Ability to work independently and prioritize accountabilities to meet business objectives
- Ability to work on complex projects with a diverse team of people
