**Land Acquisition Coordinator/Admin Role - Toronto Office**

OYA Renewables, one of the fastest growing solar companies in North America, is looking for someone self-driven, and passionate about solar to fill the Land Acquisition Coordinator/Admin position at our company. OYA Renewables is a developer and financier of commercial rooftop, community solar and utility-scale projects in Canada and the U.S.

- **Responsibilities**_
- Populating Solar Lease Agreements and Memorandum of Leases.
- Printing and preparing execution package documents for landowners.
- Reviewing legal document markups and ensuring that there are no errors or missed markups.
- Tracking land agent leases, legal requests, accounting payments, engineering tasks, etc.
- HubSpot data entry, auditing, and management. Preparing reports would also be required.
- Issuing purchase orders using Gravity accounting software for landowner payments.
- Coordinating with authorized signatories for signatures.
- Assisting legal team with assigned tasks and printing documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **Requirements**_
- Degree in Urban Planning, Business Office Administration, or any related field. Contract preparation and execution experience would be considered an asset.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using HubSpot, Helioscope and Gravity would be considered an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
