**Responsabilités**
- Coordonner, planifier et superviser directement tous les travaux de l'entrepreneur avec les parties prenantes ;
- Créer et réviser les plans de sécurité de l'entreprise et les plans préalables aux tâches ;
- Maintenir l'achèvement à 100 % de tous les MP mensuels relatifs à la sécurité des entrepreneurs, aux normes ISO et à l'environnement ;
- Maintenir au-dessus de 91 % tous les PM mensuels des entrepreneurs réguliers ;
- Inspecter les enregistrements de temps des équipements mobiles ;
- Créer, suivre et compléter les bons de travail ;
- Saisir les rapports Intelex et proposer des actions correctives ;
- Effectuer et documenter une observation de sécurité au moins une fois par mois, lorsque les entrepreneurs sont sur place ;
- Créer SFMEA/PTP pour la gestion des contrats, en effectuant des évaluations des risques et en garantissant que les versions les plus récentes sont utilisées ;
- Aider à l'intégration des nouveaux entrepreneurs (ISN ou Manuel Prequal) et réaliser des audits ;
- Assurer le respect des politiques, protocoles et procédures de santé et de sécurité de l'entreprise et des clients ;
- Effectuer des fonctions comptables mineures : rapprocher mensuellement la facturation de la Couronne, collecter des données financières, déposer des rapports de dépenses, utiliser des systèmes de suivi à la demande et émettre des bons de commande aux entrepreneurs ;

Robinson Solutions, a division of TEAM Group, is seeking a dedicated **Contract Services Coordinator** to join our TEAM in Montreal, QC

**About the Role**

**Pay**
- $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday;
- 09:00am to 05:00pm;
- Flexibility required.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, schedule, and directly oversee all contactor work with stakeholders;
- Create and review company safety plans and pre-task plans;
- Maintain 100% completion of all monthly contractor safety, ISO standards, and environmental PMs;
- Maintain above 91 % all regular contractor monthly PMs;
- Inspect mobile equipment hour readings;
- Create, track, and complete work orders;
- Enter Intelex reports and provide corrective actions;
- Perform and document a safety observation at least once per month, when contractors are on-site;
- Create SFMEAs/PTPs for contract management, conducting risk assessments and ensuring that the most recent versions are being utilized;
- Assist in on boarding new contractors (ISN or Manual Prequal) and perform audits;
- Ensure compliance with company and client health & safety policies, protocols, and procedures;
- Perform minor accounting functions: reconcile crown billing monthly, gather financial data, file expense reports, utilize on-demand tracking systems, and issue purchase orders to contractors;
- Additional duties are assigned.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2-3 years of contract service coordinating experience or a similar role;
- In depth knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, with proven ability to inte
